My name is Martina Holmgren and I am the founder of Hestar og Fjöll. I have to pinch myself in the arm to realize that my dream has actually come true!
We are a family-run farm in the south of Iceland. With our three children we are the sixth generation living here at Mid-Grund.
Take a calm ride along the river Irá, galopp in the soft sand on the Black Beach or climb to the Eyjafjallajökull glacier. We have a riding tour for everyone!

Now you have the possibility to come and join us on a horseback riding tour in the mountains. We take care of planning, cooking and driving your luggage. You just show up with your horses!
